Learned AGP points out that only prayer is to expedite consideration of Revision alleged to be pending with respondent no.1.

Papers show that Revision under Section 451 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 presented on 14.10.2015 is still claimed to be pending.

In this situation, without prejudice to rights of respondents in the matter, if such Revision is still pending, we direct respondent no. 1 to proceed to decide it as per law after hearing all concerned within next four months.
