In view of the fact that now the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the charge-sheet be given to the applicant within a period of one week thereafter. After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant may carry out amendment to the application on or before 21.08.2024. Copy of the amended application and copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the other side.
