This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. 2.

Although the learned counsel for the applicant (original respondent No.1) is not present in Court, the learned counsel for the appellant points out that pursuant to proceedings before he Lok Adalat, the appeal itself was withdrawn by the appellant. Consequently, there is no difficulty in allowing the prayer made in the present application.

Hence, the application is allowed. The applicant (respondent no.1) is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court with accrued interest.
