This is an application filed by the original claimants, who were appellants in the First Appeal No. 363/2006, for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the court by respondent nos.3 and 6.

Considering that appeal is already disposed of by this court on 02/02/2017 and learned counsel for respondent no.3 has no objection, application is allowed. Appellants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the court, along with the interest, if any accrued thereon, subject to the apportionment as granted by the Tribunal, Application is disposed of.
