Criminal application no. 1030 of 2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer permitting him to file chargesheet. In view of the order passed on 9th January, 2023, the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing chargesheet and was asked to seek leave of the Court.

In view of the fact that now the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the chargesheet be given to the SKNair

After receipt of the copy of the chargesheet, if advised the applicant may carry out amendment to the application on or before 8th August, 2024. Copy of the amended application and copy of the chargesheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the nonapplicants. 3.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.

Criminal Application (APL) No. 29 of 2023 The applicant is directed to supply copy of amended application for service to the non-applicant no.2 within a period of two weeks from today. If the copy is supplied, issue notice to the non-applicant no.2 to be made returnable on 29th August, 2024. 2.

In case of failure on the part of the applicant to supply the copy within aforesaid period, the application would be dismissed without further reference to the Court.
