The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that in view of the compromise between the parties, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the petition.

The petition is disposed accordingly. No costs. Shri Sayyad Salim Sayyad Munaf - respondent No.2 who is present in the Court and identified by Shri S.K. Bhandarkar, Advocate assures that the proceedings initiated by him against the petitioner-Society and which are pending before the State Government will be
