The Claimant/Appellant and respondent/s are present with their counsel. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H", which is marked as Exh.'X'. Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. A copy of Aadhar Card of appellant and a copy of Authority Letter of respondent no.3 are placed on record, which are marked as 'Y' and 'Z' for identification.

The respondent no.3 has already deposited an amount of Rs.6,29,970/- and now ready to deposit the additional amount of compensation i.e. Rs.5,20,000/- within a period of ninety days. The respondent no.3 may pay this additional amount of compensation directly to the appellant-claimant.

In view of above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. No costs.

The appellant-claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the additional amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court, along with accrued interest, as per terms of compromise.
