Shingne, the learned Advocate for the respondents submits that the respondent 1(a) has died and the respondent No.1(b) to 1(f) are the legal heirs of the respondent No.1(a) and there is no other legal representative. Accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondents, the appellants are permitted to delete the name of the respondent No.1(a).

Civil Application (CAF) No.2635 of 2014.

Though the application is opposed by the respondents, considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application is allowed.
