DATED : 28th July, 2016 The learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent nos.4 and 5 have tendered a joint pursis in the Court, today. The same is accepted on record.
The joint pursis is signed by the petitioners nos. 1 and 2 and the respondent nos. 4 and 5 as also their respective counsel. It is stated in the pursis that due to misunderstanding between the members in the Management, the salary bills of the petitioners since April, 2016 were not sent to the Education Officer immediately and now since the differences are sorted out, the same are sent to the Education Officer. It is stated that in view of the aforesaid settlement, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive.
By accepting the statements made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent nos. 4 and 5 and the statements made in the joint pursis, we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the unpaid salary to the petitioners as early as possible.
Order accordingly. No costs.
