The petitioner presently not in a position to demonstrate any cause of action, enabling him to complain against validity given to respondent No. 2 in 2004. That validity has not been used to the prejudice of the petitioner by respondent No. 2, till date.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if any cause of action arises, we dispose of the present petition. No order as to costs.
