In view of pursis dated 28.01.2025 placed on record by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.4 along with the Award dated 18.11.2024 and the fact about depositing the amount of the compensation with the Land Acquisition Officer, nothing survives in the petition, the same stands disposed of.
