O R D E R

(Passed On 12.03.2022) The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellant has withdrawn the appeal by filing terms of compromise which states that the matter is compromised between Appellant and Respondents. It is hereby agreed that the Respondents shall pay Rs.71,000/- (Rs. Seventy One Thousand Only) from the decreetal amount already deposited in full and final satisfaction of award in C.P. No.778/2015 passed by M.A.C.T., Nagpur in the High Court. Remaining amount shall be released to the Respondents/Claimants. The appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.
