Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner, a Member of Respondent No.6 Cooperative Society of Gram Sevaks, had filed a complaint along with three others to Respondent No.3 making a grievance that under presidentship and management of certain persons, there has been misappropriation which should be inquired into. Taking cognizance of this complaint, the Respondent No.3 had issued a direction on 24 December 2019 to submit a report. Thereafter, the Petitioner has made a representation reminding the Respondent KOLHE
2 / 2 950- WP 354.2021 No.3 of the further actions to be taken. According to the Petitioner since no action is being taken, the Petition is filed. 3.
We do not find any special locus or right to convert this petition as a lis between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3. The Petitioner has brought to the notice of the Respondent No.3, which according to the Petitioner are irregularities. Cognizance thereof is already taken by the Respondent No.3, and it is the responsibility of the Respondent No.3, having initiated an enquiry to take to the logical end within reasonable period. 4.
