Respondent No.1 be deleted from the array of the respondents, at the risk and cost of the petitioner. The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

The respondent No.6, was earlier represented by Mr. M. V. Mohokar, learned counsel, who is no more, in view of which, issue fresh notice to the respondent No.6, returnable in two weeks.

Civil Application No.1536 of 2021 in W.P. No.7830 of 2019 Civil Application No.1536 of 2021, seeks to delete the respondent No.3 from the array of respondents. For the reasons given therein, the Civil Application is allowed.

The respondent No.3 be deleted from the array of the respondents at the risk and cost of the petitioner.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
