Heard Shri R.J. Kankale, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Shri H.R. Dhumale, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2. The ward from which the petitioner intended to contest is reserved for Other Backward Class candidate. The petitioner has not submitted caste certificate along with her nomination paper. The petitioner did not produce the caste certificate at the time of scrutiny also. The grievance made by the petitioner against the decision of the Returning Officer rejecting her nomination paper cannot be considered in writ petition.
The petition is dismissed. The parties to bear their own costs.
