Heard Shri S.P. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner, Shri A.M. Kadukar, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Shri M.V. Samarth, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 4.

As the constitutional validity of Amendment to the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, is questioned and other matters raising the same are pending for final hearing, we allow the present application. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week. 3.

Issue notice to the office of the Advocate General and added Respondent No. 5.

The learned AGP waives notice for the Advocate General and Shri Aurangabadkar, learned ASGI waives notice for added Respondent No. 5.

The respective counsel submit that in view of the

After the amendment is carried out, the Registry to verify and proceed accordingly.
