Vide order dated 28.11.2019, this Court referred the matter for mediation. Accordingly, the learned Mediator was appointed and the parties cooperated with the learned Mediator. With the assistance of the learned Mediator, the parties have resolved their dispute amicably. The learned Mediator filed his report on 14.01.2020 along with compromise deed dated 06.01.2020 arrived at between the parties which his duly signed by the parties to this writ petition and their respective counsel.
