JANUARY , 20 The relief claimed in this writ petition for transferring the investigation of Crime No. 210 of 2021 registered with Police Station Chandur Railway for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 294, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(i) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is already transferred as it could be seen from paragraph No. 5 of the reply filed on behalf of the State. On affidavit it has been stated that the Superintendent of Police, Amravati had already ordered for transferring the investigation of the said crime to the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Morshi with the directions to conduct the investigation with the assistance of Woman Police Inspector of the Police Station Tivsa and Assistant Police Inspector of

In that view of the matter, this writ petition has served its purpose.

Needless to mention, the investigating officer shall also look into the grievance raised by the petitioner in the various complaints which she has filed at Annexure 'F' of this writ petition.

With this observation writ petition stands disposed of.
