This application seeks condonation of 231 days caused in filing a second appeal. The judgment of the lower Appellate Court was delivered on 20-8-2014, the application for certified copy was filed on 10-9-2014, and it was received on 20-9-2014. The period for filing an appeal expired on 18-11-2014. The certificate that the applicant had undergone the surgery and was advised bed rest from November 2014 to June 2015, is placed on record. I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

Hence, the delay caused is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.
