DATE : 17.02.2017 It is informed to this Court by the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 that during the pendency of the writ petition, in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench at the Principal Seat, the cause of action for filing the petition with a prayer for grant of a flat in the Adarsha Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Mumbai would not survive.
