Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 05/04/2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, by which the petitioners' application seeking permission to amend paragraph-9 of the main petition i.e. Petition No. E-426 of 2014 came to be rejected.

Perused the impugned order dated 05/04/2017.

There can be no dispute, that the petitioners can always place on record the details of respondent's salary and his upgradation, during the course of evidence. The impugned order dated 05/04/2017 is just and does not suffer from any perversity.

Considering the aforesaid, no interference is warranted in writ jurisdiction in the impugned order dated 06/04/2017. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
