Criminal application no. 1043 of 2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer permitting him to file charge-sheet. In view of the order passed on 7th August, 2023, the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing charge-sheet and was asked to seek leave of the Court.

After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised the applicant may carry out amendment to the application on or before 8th August, 2024. Copy of the amended application and copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the nonapplicants. 3.
