Today, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he has received telephonic instructions that within a period of four weeks from today the decision would be taken on the representation dated 13.05.2022. Accepting the aforesaid statement as an undertaking to the Court, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
