(PER : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.) RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner was initially appointed as Music Teacher with Zilla Parishad, Bhandara on 22.02.1985. The petitioner thereafter completed his B.Ed. and was appointed as an Assistant Teacher on 02.12.1991. The petitioner claims grant of Selection Grade pay-scale in accordance with Government Resolution dated 04.04.1990. For seeking such benefit, the petitioner has made various representations dated 31.08.2020, 16.12.2020, 31.12.2020 and 17.12.2021 to the Education

WP 4096-21 Judgment Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur. These representations have not been considered by the respondent no.2 till date. 3.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to decide the representations dated 31.08.2020, 16.12.2020, 31.12.2020 and 17.12.2021 and consider the entitlement of the petitioner to grant of Selection Grade pay-scale as per Government Resolution dated 04.04.1990. The decision on the aforesaid representations be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt the copy of this judgment and the order be communicated to the petitioner. 4.
