Shri A. A. Syed, the learned Counsel for the applicants submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this application in view of the instructions given to him by the applicants. He submits that liberty be given to the applicants to file application for discharge before the appropriate Court, in case the charge-sheet is filed against them by the Investigating Officer.

Prayer for withdrawal is accepted.

The application is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file the application for discharge at appropriate point of time before the appropriate Court. If such application is filed by the applicants, it is expected that the learned Judge before whom such application will be filed, shall decide the same in accordance with law.

Needless to mention that interim order dated 26.06.2019 shall stand vacated.
