By this application, it is pointed out that there is a typographical mistake in the judgment delivered by this court dated 23.7.2021.

According to the applicant, in the appeal memo as well as record the Survey Number is 128/1 ad-measuring 2.04 Hectares. However, in para 7 of the judgment, it is mentioned as Survey No.126/1/D ad-measuring 1.46 Hectares. Accordingly, the request is made that there should be correction in para 7 of the judgment of this court.

In the light of submission made and the fact that there is a typographical mistake, the application is allowed. In para 7 of the judgment, Survey No.128/1 ad-measuring 2.04 Hectares be recorded by deleting Survey No.126/1/D ad-measuring 1.46 Hectares. After making correction, the judgment be uploaded afresh.
