Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/State.

As the charge-sheet has been filed it is obvious that the investigation is over. The applicant is in jail since 30.4.2016. No criminal antecedents are alleged against him. Therefore, the applicant deserves to be released on bail.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in like sum on conditions that the applicant shall regularly attend the dates in the case field against him, shall not tamper with prosecution witnesses and shall co-operate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Judge /TA/
