After the matter was heard for some time, Shri C. R. Thakur, the learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty of expeditious disposal of the trial or at least liberty to apply for fresh bail, in case the trial does not proceed expeditiously. 3.

We permit the appellant to withdraw this appeal and grant liberty to apply for fresh bail before the learned Trial Court, in case, the trial does not proceed subsequently for a period of six months from today.
