Joint prayer by the applicant no.1 - wife and applicant no.2 - husband is to quash and set aside the FIR No. 38/2015, dated 23.06.2015 registered at Arjuni Mor Police Station in Gondia District for offence punishable under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perusal of FIR shows that only on account of private and matrimonial dispute, an offence came to be registered. There is no public element involved.
