These applications arise from the same incident. 2.

It appears that there was a physical altercation and two groups clashed. Cross reports are lodged. 3.

However, both the complainants in the cross reports have placed on record affidavit stating that the dispute is amicably resolved. Both the learned counsel further state that application under section 482 Cr.P.C. shall be preferred seeking quashment of the reports on the ground that the dispute is amicably settled. The statement is accepted.

In view of the amicable settlement of the dispute, and the willingness exhibited to live peacefully, all the applications are allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 256/2020 registered with the Police Station Dahihanda, Tq. Akot, Dist. Akola for offences punishable under sections 144, 147, 148, 149, 324, 427, 325, 326 and 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants in Criminal Application (ABA) 666/2020 and Criminal Application (ABA) 671/2020 shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- each with a solvent surety of like amount, which surety may be furnished within four weeks from the arrest, if any.

And in the event of arrest in Crime 257/2020 registered with the Police Station Dahihanda, Tq. Akot, Dist. Akola for offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 452 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants in Criminal Application (ABA) 674/2020 shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- each with a solvent surety of like amount, which surety may be furnished within four weeks from the arrest, if any. 7.

The applicants shall not make any attempt, directly or indirectly to influence the witnesses or to tamper with the evidence.

The applicants shall not leave the country without

permission of the jurisdictional court.
