Mr. N.H. Joshi, A.P.P. for respondents / State CORAM : Z.A. HAQ AND PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, J.

DATED : 18 th SEPTEMBER, 2019 Heard.

Apparently it appears that the application before the concerned authorities for parole leave is premature. The petitioner is required to complete two years of imprisonment as per Rule 19 of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959, in order to get eligibility for regular parole leave.

In that view of the matter, petition stands disposed of being premature with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application as per rules.
