DATE : 09.12.2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the directions in the judgment, dated 30.11.2015 in Writ Petition No.2599/1998.

Shri Karode, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that though the directions were not complied till the contempt petition was filed, during the pendency of the contempt petition, the same are complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
