Nobody appears for petitioner even today. Matter was called out on 22/01/2015. Only learned AGP appeared on that day. After hearing learned AGP, it was adjourned today.

The challenge is to order dated 03/03/1998 by which grant of aid already sanctioned to petitioner-college has been cancelled for failure to fulfill the norms about prescribed strength of students. This Court has admitted the matter on 17/11/2000. There is no interim relief. Learned AGP submits that due to passage of time, challenge is rendered infructuous. However instead of going into merits of the controversy, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
