DATED : 20th July, 2016 We have perused the prayers made in the Writ Petition and have also perused the prayers made in the Civil Application.

We do not find that the cause of action for filing the Writ petition and the cause of action for making the prayers in this Civil Application, is similar. Hence, we reject the prayers made in Prayer Clauses (1) and (2) of the Civil Application. So also, the prayer made in Prayer Clause (3) for grant of early hearing is also rejected as the Writ Petition is admitted only on 4.4.2016. The Writ Petition cannot be heard by a fixed date when several old matters are pending.

The Civil Application stands rejected.
