The Present application is filed by the Respondent Scheduled Tribes Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati for extension of time to decide the claim of the Petitioner. 2.

This Court vide order dated 27/02/2025, directed the Respondent Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner, however, it appears that it is not concluded for want of Vigilance Cell report. 3.

As such, the application is partly allowed. Time is extended by another three months to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
