This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an application for grant of leave to file an appeal against acquittal. Delay is of 30 days.

I have heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.S.Rao for the applicant/State and Advocate Shri Kadam h/f learned counsel Shri R.R.Vyas for non-applicant Nos.1 to 11 and 13 to 15.

Though non-applicant No.12 is duly served, nobody is appearing.

Though the application is strongly opposed by learned counsel for the non-applicants, after hearing learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perusing the application which is filed on affidavit, I am of the view that the applicant/State has made out a case for condonation of delay in filing an application for grant of leave to file. Hence, the .....2/-
appa538.18 6 application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Leave is granted to file the appeal. Office is directed to register the appeal and place it for admission.

The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
