The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 30/2018 registered with the Police Station Warthi, Tahsil Mohadi, District Bhandara for offence punishable under section 409, 420 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prima facie, there does not appear to be any material to connect the applicant with the crime. The loan of Rs.1,80,000/- advanced to Vitthal Mohture on 14.10.2014 was refunded on 31.12.2014.

The statement of the said borrower is recorded. The statement does not attribute any role to the applicant. The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 30/2018 the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant shall report at Police Station Warthi, Tahsil Mohadi, District Bhandara as and when
