Shri A.P.Tathod, learned counsel for the appellants has filed Pursis Stamp Nos.4 of 2022 and 5 of 2023 for withdrawal of Vakalatnama on the ground that the appellants are not providing him necessary instructions in the matter. The acknowledgments regarding service of registered notice to the appellants are also filed on record which show that the appellants have received notice of withdrawal of Vakalatnama long back in the month of December 2022. Despite this no steps have been taken by the appellants to engage any lawyer of their choice.

It seems that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter. The Second Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs. JUDGE RRaut..
