After arguing sometime, learned counsel Shri Tekade for the applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is granted. Criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Sessions Judge be directed to conclude the trial within a stipulated period. In my opinion, such stipulation for the conclusion of trial in the present case is not warranted. However, considering the fact that the applicant is young person, aged 22 years, the learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
