The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal. The application is vehemently opposed by the respondent who appear suo motu in application.

For the reasons stated in the application particularly in paragraph Nos.3, 5 and 6, I am satisfied that there is no deliberate and intentional delay, as such application is allowed.

The delay in filing Second Appeal is hereby condoned.
