DATED : 24th JULY, 2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of the application. Also perused the judgment of the Reference Court. In the circumstances of the case, we permit the applicant to withdraw only 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The balance amount should be placed in the fixed deposit account of a nationalised Bank initially for a period of three years and the same should be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the first appeal.

The Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
