This Court passed the following order on 10.06.2019:

If the private paper book is not filed within four weeks, the appellant shall deposit cost of Rs. 2000/- in the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, the learned counsel states that he has no instruction from the appellant and an attempt to serve notice on the appellant has failed as the appellant was not available at the address.

Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, the learned counsel is discharged.

2] The private paper book is not filed nor is the cost deposited.

4] It is more than apparent that the appellant is abusing the process of law, and this Court can in exercise of

5] I am satisfied, the appeal merits dismissal for non-prosecution.

6] The appeal is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- deposited with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur. 7] If any application for restoration is moved, the registry shall ensure that the direction to pay cost is complied with.
