DATED : 5- 7After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for some time, we are of the view that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy under Section 28(3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The petitioner can avail the said remedy if otherwise he is entitled to in accordance with law. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the petition in writ jurisdiction.
