In the present writ petition a limited prayer is made to decide the Revenue Case filed by the petitioner by holding enquiry and inspection of the encroached land in accordance with the provisions of law.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, makes a statement that the Tahsildar will decide such revenue case within three months from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with directions to the Tahsildar to decide the revenue case of the petitioner within three months from today. 4.

The learned A.G.P. undertakes to communicate this order to the Tahsildar.
