Agrawal, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner desired to challenge the order of the Scrutiny Committee, the same was inadvertently not challenged in this Writ Petition. It is stated that the petition would become cumbersome with the amendments, as the petitioner is desirous of seeking a prayer for setting aside the order of the Scrutiny Committee. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Petition, by keeping the points raised in the Peitition, open.

In the circumstances of the case, permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition, is granted. The Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
