The registration of Second Appeal was refused for want of removal of office objections. It is contended that due to inadvertent mistake, the office objections could not be removed. 3.

The application is supported by the affidavit of learned counsel. In view thereof, order dated 07/07/2022 passed by Registrar (J) is hereby set aside.

Registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal on its stamp number. After registering the same, the learned counsel for the appellant to remove office objections within one week. 5.
