17/07/ The present application is filed by respondents for withdrawal of the compensation amount. By the said order, the total compensation amount of award is deposited. For the reasons stated in the application, it will be appropriate to grant permission to withdraw 50% of compensation so deposited by the appellant to meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:

O R D E R

i) The application is partly allowed.

ii) Respondent No. is hereby granted permission to withdraw 50% of amount so deposited by the appellant towards compensation subject to usual undertaking.

iii) The Nazir is directed to take necessary steps and release the amount after due verification and
