CORAM : SMT.VASANTI A. NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.
DATE : JULY 20 , 2016.
The only prayer made by the petitioners in this writ petition is for a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandrapur to decide the application at Exhibit 18, dated 16.07.2014 within a period of one month.
On the previous date of hearing, we had asked the learned counsel for the petitioners whether any application was made by the petitioners for deciding the application at Exhibit 18 expeditiously and within a time frame. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, today.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with an expectation that the trial Court would decide the matter in the normal course, as per its turn. Order accordingly. No costs.
