DATED : 09 AUGUST, 2016 09 AUGUST, 2016 Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the chargesheet. It is seen from the charge-sheet that primafacie the victim was enamoured of this applicant and that is how she got involved mentally and physically with the applicant. The prosecutrix is young, so is the applicant. The investigation is over as the chargesheet has been filed on 04/12/2015. Therefore, now, I am of the view that this applicant could be released on bail. Hence, the order.:

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall regularly attend the dates fixed by the Court, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case against him and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
