It is submitted by Shri Ambarish Joshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been issued a validity certificate on 31.01.2019. He further submits that on 12.03.2019 an appointment order has been also issued to the petitioner. These facts are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the present writ petition stands served.

By accepting aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
